You see, but do not say,
Are, but cannot be,
Hear but do not listen,
Lie, and put it all on me.
You act strong, when you are weak,
And disparage those that are meek,
Fear what you do not understand,
Stepping on the throats of your fellow-man
To keep him down.
You teach but cannot do,
Enforce, yet do not follow your rules,
Hide behind a religious wall,
Acting like you understand it all.
You elevated your self to the sky,
Looking down on those that watch you fly,
Telling lies that you believe,
Not knowing you have been deceived
Your actions speak for themselves,
Yet the higher-ups think you are top-shelf.
This is why you thrive and succeed,
And stamp out those that dare to dream
Of life away from you.
You’re the boss.
